But no. I'm surprised and disappointed that Sky doesn't seem to care about the customer experience the way they used to. You can call sky on if you have your phone line with them,choose option 'thinking of leaving sky' otherwise you will never get to speak to a human!

However they are aware of the problem and are trying to resolve it, recordings will be effected though. Sky are aware of the time change problems they are trying to resolve it, recordings will be effected. Can I do it manually? You are not talking to Sky , nor do they respond to threats of witholding payment, doing so will just get your services restricted, then you have no TV at all.
