What's happening is that I can connect fine to the router but then whenever someone else joins, the software is recognizing the IP of the router and not using the DHCP assigned IP of the wireless or ethernet computer attached to it.
So, it works fine for the first person but then any other connection is seen as the same IP and so let straight through. I questioned the manufacturers of the software and they told me the fix was to set up the router in "bridge or client mode".
Any assistance in getting to this mode or setting it on a WGRv9 or even whether it's possible at all, would be greatly appreciated and if it's not possible, which WR would you recommend for the job? Why can't you have the Canon printer and network hard drive connected to whatever router you are using in the first place? That way, all your devices will be on one network and therefore easily shared.
