Upgrade window media player security




















I'm trying to transfer a digital copy of a movie to my computer but every time I do it asks that I upgrade Windows Media Player security. However, when I click the link to upgrade Windows Media Player security the "Upgrade" button is greyed out and can't be pressed.

Any suggestions on how to get the upgrade or get around this would be appreciated. Wednesday, December 30, AM.
