Twc nyc outage update

What's going on? This was happening yesterday, I reset my modem and router but no improvements. Is there an outage, or unstable service?? Going crazy over here. Me and the tech were getting along great, all of a sudden a supervisor shows up and was so rude I ask him to. They suck. Thank you for the report!
